Wedding Event Policy
Event Setup & Breakdown
Your proposal includes use of our private room for up to four (4) hours beginning at the starting time through final cleanup of the event. If you would like to extend the length of your celebration, this can be arranged with prior notice. Your reservation includes antique china, linens, and silverware, as well as seasonal table decor. If customized centerpieces are desired, it is the responsibility of the Client.
Guarantees on Number of Guests
Food and beverage charges will be based on the Client’s final guest count, which must be confirmed 7 days prior to the event date. If no final guest count is received, we will charge for the number of guests used to make the reservation. We will make every effort to accommodate any last minute increases in the guest count.
Gratuity
A gratuity of 20% will be applied to the final bill.
Room Fee & Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable event room fee is needed to reserve and confirm the booking of your event. Events must be cancelled by phone or email 28 days prior to the event date in order to avoid being charged the Grand Total listed on your agreement.
Final Confirmation & Payment
Final menu selections and headcount are due no later than 7 days prior to the event.
Additional Options
Outside wine or champagne may be brought in for a $15 per-750ml-bottle corkage fee.
